The bell in the header is a preview of the latest 15 alerts. The Notifications page is the full inbox, with search, received dates, and page controls.
Open the inbox
Go to Notifications
Use Notifications in the sidebar, or open the bell and choose View all notifications.
Read the toolbar
Search is on the left. Unread only and received dates sit next to it. Refresh reloads the current filters without changing the URL.
Open an alert
Click a row to mark it read and jump to the linked member, policy, or CSR queue. Mark read on the row if you want to stay on the list. Dismiss hides it from the inbox.
Filters
Unread only hides alerts you already opened. Received dates use the day the alert was created. Clear filters returns to the newest page and keeps your page size.
Email, SMS, and quiet hours preferences are not in this product yet. The inbox stays in this app only.
