Tasks are on the roadmap and are not available in QualityQuotes today. Use callbacks and member notes for follow up that must happen now.
What to use today
- Book a call from the disposition flow, then work it from Callbacks.
- Write the next action in the member Notes tab.
- Use Notifications for replies and updates.
The Tasks route currently shows a roadmap page. It does not create, assign, or remind on tasks yet.
