Getting started
- Global searchOpen ⌘K / Ctrl+K or double Shift to find members, policies, envelopes, templates, and more without leaving the call.
- When you are not licensedStop selling, pick the right wrap-up outcome, and hand off when the member is in a state you cannot write.
- Add your first policyWalk through Create Quote: Member and plan, Plan optimization, then Plan selection. After the household signs, the policy moves through Sold to Active.
Members
- Add a memberRequired fields, medical profile (doctors, drugs, conditions), and how members tie to policies.
- Member documentsUpload and delete files, insurance card front and back, request documents for the customer app, and attach files to notes or policies.
- Add a policy to a memberPick the product line, Marketplace or private Health coverage, the Medicare plan type, when Add policy asks you to confirm, and what each policy card shows.
- SMS and consentWhat SMS consent means on a member, how to record it on the call, and why a send fails without it.
- Member Messaging tabRead the SMS thread, send during the call, and see opt in status without leaving the member record.
- Member dependentsAdd and edit household dependents so plan search and APTC math use the right ages and relationships.
- Member Medical tabDoctors, prescriptions, and conditions that feed plan ranking and network checks.
- Custom fieldsAgency-defined fields on members and policies, where they appear, and how list columns surface them.
- Policy stagesWhat each stage means for ACA, Life, Medicare, and Supplemental, who moves it, and what unblocks a stuck policy.
- The signature is the saleSend a policy for eSign and watch signer progress on the call. On ACA, the policy is marked sold when the member signs. Life sends an Application Summary instead. Medicare and Supplemental are marked sold by hand.
- Client packets and the Application SummarySend documents a member keeps for their records, no signature. On Life, sending the Application Summary is what marks the policy sold.
- Household help you can send on a callSend the public household help hub instead of a broker Help Center link. Stay on the call while the member opens cards, documents, or a coverage topic.
